Who We Serve
E‑nangaabe‑jig Health Services is an Indigenous‑led primary health care clinic serving Sarnia and Lambton County, with a main site in Sarnia and satellite services in:
- Kettle & Stony Point First Nation
- Walpole Island First Nation
- Aamjiwnaang First Nation
We provide care to individuals who identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis, living both on- or off-reserve.
Getting Started
To access clinical services, all individuals must:
- Complete an intake form
- Attend an initial intake appointment
Your First Appointment
Your first scheduled visit will be an intake appointment, where we will:
- Talk about your overall health and wellness
- Gather important information about you and your family
- Help determine the most appropriate care and services for your needs
Community Programs & Events
Some groups and events are open to any community member and do not require you to be registered as patient to participate. However, all clients accessing events and groups are still required to register with the clinic by filling out an intake form and having an intake appointment.
