Primary Care Team
Our Physician, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy living. Our clinical team supports clients across the lifespan and ensures care is delivered in a safe, welcoming, and culturally grounded environment.
Social Work
Our Social Worker supports clients with mental health, emotional wellbeing, and connection to community resources. Services are client‑centred and trauma‑informed, recognizing the impacts of historical and ongoing inequities while building on individual and family strengths.
Traditional Healing
